Wireless Consulting Services, LLC offers site acquisition services to its clients including search area design, existing
structure evaluations, raw land candidate submittals, lease negotiations, courthouse research and colocation application
assistance. Our team includes an RF Engineer, a licensed WV real estate agent and an
experienced landman who work together to quickly and efficiently find sites that meet your criteria. We complete a
thorough search of existing structures by using the databases supplied by the FCC and FAA, as well as negotiate with
individual landowners.
We will also work either with your A&E firm or ones we have developed a relationship with on NEPA, SHPO, THPO, Site plans
and Geotech reports. In addition, our in-house staff will file with the FAA and register the structure with the FCC on
your behalf.
If the primary candidate is an existing tower we will handle all aspects of collocation negotiation including RF design,
application, site visits, power and telco ordering, quiet zone coordination (if required) and lease.
